About Waterville Rocks!
Waterville Rocks! is a free, family-friendly concert series held in downtown Waterville’s Castonguay Square. Established in 2016 by local business leaders and arts-focused organizations, Waterville Rocks! has become an annual community celebration of all-things-music held in the great outdoors. Highlights include a beer garden, outdoor dining at The Proper Pig, and the ice cream truck from Stone Fox Creamery!

Provided that the Waterville Rocks! concert is outside, the following FREE Common Street Arts art project will be available: Pendulum Paintings. Available 5-7pm.

All Waterville Rocks! concerts are held on Fridays at 5:30pm. In the event of rain, the concerts will be held inside the Waterville Opera House.

Kaveh Rastegar is best known as a founding member of the genre-blurring, Grammy Award-nominated quintet Kneebody, though he’s also toured the world with superstars like John Legend (and also appeared as his fictional counterpart in the beloved musical La La Land), recorded with Shania Twain and Beck, served as musical director for singer/hitmaker Sia, and worked with R&B sensation Sabrina Claudio as both songwriter and co-producer. As a songwriter, he’s penned songs with and for heavy-hitters like Bruno Mars, CeeLo Green, Meshell Ndegeocello, De La Soul and Ciara, among many others.

Portland Maine’s Spencer Albee (Rustic Overtones, AS FAST AS) leads an all star band through Beatles hits and deep cuts in what Rolling Stone calls “a mind blowing tribute.” The band will be joined by some of Burlington’s favorite musicians as guest vocalists, The Maine Youth Rock Orchestra and The Fogcutters horns. The music of The Beatles is presented respectfully and energetically with all the orchestration, bells and whistles and none of the wigs, fake accents or costumes. Founded in 2002.
